About Us
Mother and daughter, Katia and Alexia, have spent over a decade walking the path of deep inner healing, unraveling generational patterns, breaking cycles, and alchemizing wounds into wisdom. With extensive training in mindset, emotional healing, and embodied self-awareness, they’ve come together to create Libheration: a sacred space and supportive community for women ready to reclaim their truth and rise in their full self-expression, potential and power.
What sets their work apart is their commitment to an Ontological Approach, one that focuses on Being, not just doing.
Katia and Alexia guide women to explore the deeper layers of self: the beliefs, identities, language, and emotional
landscapes that shape how they experience life.
By addressing the root causes and patterns of perception and contexts, their work empowers women to shift not only their mindset and choices, but the way they show up in the world, consciously, courageously, and in alignment with their deepest truth.

The 3 Pillars of Transformation
At Libheration, we don’t fix, save, rescue, or tell you who you should be.
We guide you to explore, inquire, and uncover your own truth, and from that truth, take courageous action that aligns with who you really are.
That’s the heart of liberation: not adopting someone else’s answers, but reclaiming your own.
Real transformation is not intellectual. It’s experiential and embodied.
We believe that anything in life can be transformed, whether it’s a belief, behavior, relationship, or way of being. We guide you to utilize the powerful process of the Three Foundational Pillars of Transformation:
1. Awareness
(The Conscious Recognition of Thoughts, Beliefs, Stories and Contexts Shaping Your Perception, Choices, and Behavior)
Transformation begins with truth. But before you can step into what’s real, you have to gently face what isn’t.
That means noticing, without judgment, what’s been false, conditioned, or no longer serving you.
The beliefs you’ve inherited. The stories you’ve been told (or told yourself). The emotional patterns that keep looping. The parts of your life that feel stuck or out of alignment.
Awareness is the first light. You can’t change what you can’t see. But once you see it with compassion and courage, everything starts to shift.
2. Education
(Self-Knowledge Tools & Practices)
Once you’re aware, you can begin the process of unlearning. Through guided inquiry, embodied practices, and conscious tools, you start to dissolve old programming and make space for something new. This pillar is about expanding understanding and reconnecting with your inherent wisdom and power.
3. Action
(Embodiment & Integration)
Knowledge alone doesn’t create change, action does. As you take aligned steps and embody what you’ve discovered, you begin to live from a new place. This is the integration phase, where new possibilities become your lived reality. Through consistent action, you create workability, ease, and authenticity in areas of life that once felt heavy or broken.
You can't transform something if it’s done for you.
True transformation doesn’t happen through being told what to do or handed answers. It happens when you see something for yourself, when a shift occurs from the inside out, not because someone told you, but because you discovered it through your own direct experience.
That’s why the traditional model of learning, being spoon-fed information, memorizing concepts, and following instructions without questioning, often falls short.
It may teach us to perform, but it doesn’t empower us to transform.
You can read every book, attend every seminar, and still be stuck, until you feel the truth of something in your body, until you take authentic action rooted in your own awareness, not someone else’s agenda.
The moment you see it for yourself is the moment you set yourself free.
